The lead of Oklahoma has come with a big setback as Jalen Williams, the second top scorer for the Thunder, is out for the season with dislocated left ankle and fractured left fibula on the last game, which made Shai Gilgeous-Alexander cry during the game. So far, the division leaders at the beginning of the season are: EASTERN CONFERENCE: Philadelphia 76ers 3-1 (Atlantic), Detroit Pistons 3-0 (Central), Charlotte Hornets 3-1 (Southeast) WESTERN CONFERENCE: Oklahoma City Thunder 4-0 (Northwest), Los Angeles Lakers 3-0 (Pacific), Houston Rockets & Memphis Grizzlies 4-0 (Southwest).
